The cost includes:
- Two way transfer: railway station - inn, inn - railway station;
- Accommodation at the inn "Vishnevaya 16" in the 2 bedded rooms (cabel TV, air condition), 2 bath rooms, refrigerator, lounge, porch, sauna;
- All sightseeing tours;
- Breakfast
- Tickets to the museums;
Separate cost charged for:
- Two way railway ticket
- Lunches and dinner asterisked (tentative cost per a person is about $5-7)
TOUR PROGRAM
Saturday. 1st day.
Pick up at the railway station (train and carriage n.). Transfer to the B&B.
Breakfast. Sightseeing over the city of Uzhgorod what includes the stop by the Slovak-Ukrainian border check-point, university campus, shopping mall, Uzhgorod medieval castle, museum of folk architecture, museum-tavern "Deca u notarya".
Lunch: At the tavern "Deca u notary", trip to the ruins of the Nevitsky castle shrouded in the mystery of legends. Panoramic view on the Uzh valley, "Perpetual motion" fountain, Wagner park.
Free time: cafe and souvenier shop. Wine tasting and Transcarpathian slivianka (home made) vodka tasting in the wine celler of Kovach renowned wine maker, the prize winner at some wine fairs. Tasting of 10 top vintage wines, presentation of the history of wine making in Transcarpathia and legends.
Dinner: Hungarian style bograsc and Canton style meat served with fragrant Transcarpathian wine, home made cookies.
Sunday. 2nd day.
Breakfast. Trip to the ancient city of Mukachevo, en rout passing the v. Serednie.
The legends and the history thereof.
Sightseeing over the medieval castle "Palanok".
Downtown: call at some operating churches of various denominations.
Lunch in the Hungarian tavern "Family"*.
Thermal water pool in the town of Berehovo.
Visit to the wine museum in the village of Yanosh.
Back to Uzhgorod.
Dinner at the tavern "Deca u notarya" or anywhere at option.
Transfer to the rail way station.
