TOUR PROGRAM:
1st day
Arrival by the train n. 99 at 07:58 a.m. to the city of Uzhgorod;
Pick up at the railway station.
Tour over the ancient and ever young city of Uzhgorod.
Driving up to the Ukrainian-Slovak frontier check point, shopping mall, stroll over the longest in the Europe linden alley. Mediaeval castle, legends and the history of the castle, museum of folk architecture and rural mode of life.
Lunch. Tour over the ruins of the mediaeval castle Nevicke, history and legends.
Leisure time.
Dinner.
2nd day
Breakfast.
Trip to the old city of Mukachevo.
Legends and history of the village of Serednye, medieval castle "Palanok",
its history, down town of Mukachevo, visit to the churches and cathedrals,
"White palace" owned by Rakoci. Visit to the St. Nicolas monastery.
Spa "Karpaty", hunting castle of the count of Schonborn, stroll over the park.
Lunch. Town of Berehovo (thermal pool). Must: take the bathing suit! Dinner.
3rd day
Breakfast. Trip to Khust district. Lunch.
Look at the Valley of narcissus (natural reserve, sub-alpine meadow).
Overview of the ruins of Khust castle, legends and history.
Back to Mukachevo, transfer to the railway station, departure by the train n. 82 at 17:45 (or any other train).
The cost includes:
- Accommodation in 3 bedded rooms, 2 leaders in the 2 bedded rooms in the lodging house " Latorica ", rooms with all conveniences, hot water supply provided under the time-table;
- Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner);
